With Christmas fast approaching, we just wanted to thank everyone for the overwhelming support given to us since our rather humble launch at the British Tarantula Society show in May, exclusively bringing Tarantula Cribs to the UK. Since then, the business has grown exponentially and we are so excited to show you what we have in store for 2025.

We are now closed until January 6th, but the webstore will remain open and all orders placed over the festive period will ship on that date.

Don’t forget that for any last minute Christmas gifts we do have e-gift vouchers available.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

We are delighted to announce that we are now offering shipping to Europe.

There are some important details which we’d like you to fully be aware of before placing an order.

All orders are shipped fully tracked and insured. We are using a Flat Rate to ship, allowing you to have more items shipped at no additional cost.

EU Orders

All orders whose intrinsic value is up to 150 EUR (£125.00) shipped to European Union (EU) countries will be delivered with all applicable taxes fully paid. When placing your order, you pay the total amount, which includes all relevant taxes and shipping fees at the checkout. This means that no additional payments will be necessary upon delivery of your order within the EU. We handle all necessary customs clearance procedures to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for our EU customers.

EU orders over 150 EUR (£125.00) and NON EU orders of ANY value.

Orders over 150 EUR must be placed by sending us an email to info@arachnospace.com. Please list each item, size and quantity you require along with your name, delivery address, mobile number and email address. We will calculate the total cost, including shipping, for you and send you an invoice. Goods will not ship until the full invoice is paid in full.

Local import taxes, duties and other costs for customs clearance will be your responsibility for all orders placed over 150 EUR (£125). You will be contacted by to arrange payment of all these fees before your order is delivered to you. If you do not understand and agree to pay all of these fees, then please do NOT place an order.

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are seized, impounded or have additional duty charged on them by Customs.
